of experience as a successful public and private sector
Leadership/Management Development specialist and lectures
part-time on the 'MSc Management' and 'MA Human Resource
Management' programmes at the 'University
of Teeside'. He has a core philosophy of 'stay up to
date, listen to the client, think about the people and
aim for practical simplicity'. He designs and delivers
activity based training programmes which are challenging,
rewarding and fun.
