Claudius Cole has effectively utilised TPM since 1996 in achieving significant productivity gains and cost reductions. In wishing to become a 'TPM expert' he wrote a dissertation on TPM whilst studying for a part-time Masters in Business Administration in 1998. This involved carrying out extensive research into organisations that had undergone successful TPM implementation and examining what lessons could be learnt from their experiences.

A recent example of his work was where he facilitated TPM implementation on 'Web Offset Printing Presses' leading to an annual cost saving of £248,000.

In selecting a TPM training provider, it is not only important that the trainer has TPM expertise, it is also important that they are a competent trainer and hold a recognised training qualification. Claudius holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Post Compulsory Education & Training). This qualification certifies his competence in designing courses, training and assessing. Claudius has also achieved Certified Management Consultant status through the 'Institute of Business Consulting' which is the custodian of professional standards for management consultants.
