5S implementation Training Courses

5S training and consultancy leads to a cleaner, safer and more orderly work environment where the layout facilitates effective working methods.

Our 5S training is ordinarily delivered over a single day, although we can deliver longer programmes and implementation support. We provide public, virtual and in-house training courses.

The 5S course will equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to facilitate sustainable 5S implementation. Where possible the programme will involve going out into the work areas where 5S is to be deployed and generating ideas on how the tools and techniques taught could be implemented. The training ends day with the development of an action plan for next steps. ‘Certificates of Attendance’ are provided on completion of training and ‘Certificates of Competence’ can be awarded after evidencing success in 5S implementation.
